The Biscuit Factory / Old Soap Works in Leith

Formerly Crawfords in Anderson Place, top right photo, can't wait!
The Edinburgh Larder have set up a social enterprise which aims to make local food more accessible by working with schools and communities to develop cooking skills. All profits from the bread baking classes go to this work (but I do get paid).
We cater for a maximum of four people in a class and need a minimum of two people booked before we can go ahead.
Check availability and book Biscuit Factory classes. There are places left in the three classes currently available.
The cost is £75 which includes all materials and breads to take home.
Gift vouchers are not available.

North Street St. Andrews

I'm really delighted to be baking in the splendid kitchen (images 2,3,4,5 on right) at 140 North Street. Free parking is usually available nearby in Murray Place, Murray Park and The Scores. If you want to take timeout for other St.Andrews events or walks there are two en-suite rooms to let on the top floor of this lovely house.
Classes here run with a maximum of five people and need a minimum of three people booked before we can go ahead.
More classes are currently being arranged. Please email me if you would like me to let you know when these are advertised.
Check availability, book and pay. You can pay with a PayPal account or by using your credit or debit card. When you pay using a credit/debit card the payment is handled by PayPal but you don't need an account, login or password. The cost is £90 which includes all materials and breads to take home.
Gift vouchers are available, cost £90.
Your booking is confirmed when I receive full payment.

If you have difficulty making a booking, buying a voucher or for more information or clarification then please email or phone me.
